ATLANTA — TireHub L.L.C., the national tire distribution joint venture of Goodyear and Bridgestone Americas Inc., is now an authorized national distributor for Mickey Thompson Tires & Wheels.
Mickey Thompson became a wholly owned subsidiary of Goodyear when the Akron-based tire maker acquired Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. in 2021.
Atlanta-based TireHub has added Mickey Thompson's Baja Boss and Baja Legend product lines to its portfolio, which also includes Cooper and Starfire tires, along with Goodyear, Bridgestone and Toyo products.
"TireHub is proud to elevate our robust product offerings with the addition of Mickey Thompson tires," TireHub CEO Ted Becker said.
"As we support our customers and enable their continued success, increasing the breadth and depth of our product portfolio is a key step. We understand what our customers need, and this addition helps us exceed their expectations."
TireHub began selling Mickey Thompson tires on May 1. Customers now have the option to sign on to the Mickey Thompson Marketing Alliance (MTMA) program with TireHub as their primary or secondary distributor moving forward, the company said.
