PACIFIC, Mo. — S.U.R.&R., the vehicle fluid line repair division of Husky Corp., has introduced the CL484 Hanger Clamp Assortment kit.
The CL484 is a 60-piece assortment of anti-vibration clamps for mounting brake, fuel and air conditioning lines. The clamps are made of zinc-plated steel to improve durability and resist corrosion, the company said. A self-tapping screw is included with each clamp.
"Clamp replacements are in greater demand now that people are keeping vehicles longer, which is a key reason we introduced the CL484 Hanger Clamp Assortment," S.U.R.&R. National Sales Manager Bob Joy said.
"Secure clamps are necessary to reduce the possibility of installed lines becoming damaged. With the anti-vibration rubber cushions, these clamps will help make repairs involving line repair or replacement long-lasting and reduce the potential for leaks due to excessive rubbing and vibration."
The kit contains six sizes of clamps, featuring a wrap-around design with a single attachment point, to secure hoses or lines in various applications. The kit can be replenished, the company said.
