CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Leadership expert Sara Ross and author Stacey Hanke will be the keynote speakers at the 2020 Women in Auto Care conference in Charlotte Feb. 19-20.
A self-described "street scientist," Ms. Ross is dedicated to redefining how people succeed at work by sharing brain-based, vitality-enhancing strategies, according to the Auto Care Association, which is organizing the conference.
Ms. Hanke will lead an interactive session providing how-tos for building a consistent brand through verbal and non-verbal communication, it said.
The conference also will feature general education sessions, hands-on breakout sessions and local volunteer activities for attendees to give back to the community, the ACA said.
In addition, WiAC has organized "Coffee with a Mentor," which will facilitate matching individuals for mentor and mentee relationships, and a "Party with a Purpose" scholarship fundraising event.
It's being held at the Omni Charlotte Hotel.
