GREENWOOD, Ind. — KYB Americas Corp. has launched a video series focused on providing content about shocks and struts.
KYB-TV will cover a variety of topics, including how to choose the right shock, selling value over price and how to determine when shocks and struts should be recommended.
KYB also will offer testimonials about its products from service providers or show service writers, helping motorists make a decision about shocks and struts.
KYB plans to release a dozen two-minute videos over the next year. The most current video will show on the KYB.com homepage and a link will be provided to the KYB TV site to view the previous episodes.
Aaron Shaffer, KYB director of marketing, said the videos "will be created so they resonate with both consumers and service professionals" and should show why shocks and struts should be replaced and "why KYB products are the best choice."
KYB recently launched its video training series, which the shocks/struts manufacturer said provides technicians, shop owners and service providers detailed information on how to increase sales of shocks and maintain customers' vehicles better.
The KYB video training series features seven 3- to 4-minute videos, each followed by a short quiz.
