GREENWOOD, Ind. — KYB Corp. is releasing a newly updated video training series to help technicians, shop owners and service providers increase shock sales and better maintain customers vehicles.
The KYB Professional Video Training Series is made up of six short videos each followed by a quiz. It teaches professionals the importance of including shocks and struts in regular vehicle maintenance, how shocks and struts work, how to identify worn shocks, how to make recommendations and how to install the correct part.
Students who complete the video training series will receive a KYB Training t-shirt. Service professionals who completed the original version of the video series also can use their original sign-in to receive a t-shirt.
