LEESBURG, Va. — The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) has designated June as Automotive Service Professionals Month and is providing downloadable materials for auto repair shops.
This year, the special month will not only serve as a way to recognize vehicle service professionals who are proficient, credentialed and committed to excellence, but also as a celebration of the ASE's 50 years of service to the transportation industry, the organization said.
To commemorate Automotive Service Professionals Month, the ASE has developed a special logo that can be used by companies, organizations and individuals to recognize and honor vehicle service professionals during June. The logo can be downloaded free of charge by visiting the ASE Tool Kit at www.asetoolkit.com.
The tool kit also includes:
- 8.5x11-inch poster featuring the four reasons to be thankful for automotive service professionals;
- Digital banner ads and social media content to celebrate automotive service professionals; and
- Email template announcing automotive service professionals month.
The ASE said it is encouraging the industry to observe Automotive Service Professionals Month and commemorate the occasion with special programs, recognition events and other celebrations.
