ST. LOUIS — Hunter Engineering Co. recently surpassed 20,000 subscribers on its two YouTube channels.
The automotive service equipment company has more than 10,000 subscribers on its main channel, while the Hunter Learning Channel will reach that number in the coming months, Hunter said.
The company has 393 videos on the site, capturing more than 5.6 million views. Hunter said it typically produces 40 to 50 new videos each year.
"The success we've had with our videos is testament to how eager the automotive service industry is for authentic, reliable information and clear, hands-on demonstrations of techniques and equipment," said Tommy Maitz, Hunter senior manager, digital marketing.
"We work hard to meet that need, and we're going to continue to meet it by producing video content people want to see."
The main channel provides information on Hunter products, while the learning channel provides detailed demonstrations on Hunter tire changers, alignment systems, brake lathes, inspection equipment, diagnostic scan tools and ADAS calibration equipment.
