Some 2005-11 Pathfinder and Xterra SUVs along with Frontier pickup trucks (all with VQ40 V6 engines) may produce a vibration and/or a knocking noise while idling or accelerating.
One likely cause for the trouble, says Nissan, is a leaking or cracked front engine mount. Replacing both engine mounts, the mount brackets, the two long retaining bolts and the four short retaining bolts with improved parts should eliminate further trouble.
Here's what you'll need to order: engine mount (#11220-ZG90A), mount bracket (#11225-ZG90A), long retaining bolt (#11298-ZS00A) and short retaining bolt (11298-2J206).
