STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. — Bartec USA L.L.C., maker of tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) diagnostic tools, has announced the launch of Rite-Sensors after unveiling the new TPMS system early last month.
The Rite-Sensor is a programmable, single part, multi-frequency, replacement TPMS Sensor.
"Not only does Rite-Sensor have great coverage, it was designed, based on our automotive OE expertise, for seamless operation with our TPMS Tools," said Bartec CEO Scot Holloway. "If you have a Tech400SD or newer, simply update your tool to Release 60 and you are ready to go with Rite-Sensor."
According to Bartec, because Rite-Sensor is a single part [or SKU] solution, a tire service business can greatly reduce inventory costs. Because it is programmable, a technician can configure the sensor as needed, based on vehicle make, model or year.
Rite-Sensor programming is very accurate, according to the company, because of Bartec's VINdicate feature found on the Pro Series TPMS Tools, which allows for quick and accurate detection of a vehicle identification number.
According to Steve Long, Bartec's director of operations, "Bartec's process-oriented approach to TPMS sensor programming means working with, and using the Rite-Sensor is very easy and very fast."
Bartec has announced a variety of new products that now include the Rite-Sensor. Tool and Rite-Sensor bundles for the pro-series TPMS tools are available.
The Tech400Pro bundle comes with 12 Rite-Sensors, and the Tech300Pro comes with 8 Rite-Sensors. Also available is an array of Rite-Sensor and software certificate bundles.
