With presentations and discussions that focus on how we improve the customer experience, the meeting is a great fit for anyone in the industry. We have been building quite the momentum these past few years and we are relentlessly finding new ways to add value for all the participants," AMRA PresidentJeff Cox said.
The event also will include a networking reception and dinner to bring together industry professionals from both service providers and non-service providers in an effort to foster relationships and serve as a pipeline for collaboration, AMRA said.
