FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — Akebono Brake Corp. has added front and rear brake coverage for several Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Jeep, RAM and Toyota-branded vehicles in the ProACT ultra-premium disc brake pad line.
The company said ACT1852, ACT1896, ACT2169, ACT2172 kits also include premium 301 stainless steel abutment hardware.
This will increase coverage by more than 3 million vehicles, Akebono said, including 1 million for the RAM 1500 alone.
