Acura reports that some 2007-08 TL Type S models may turn on the check engine light and store trouble code P0171 and/or P0174 in the PCM. If there are no drivability symptoms associated with the condition and the fuel trim values are normal, the code is likely bogus and caused by the PCM misinterpreting the signals from the oxygen sensors and other key inputs.
Reprogramming the module with updated software is the only surefire remedy. Check with a dealer for the specifics of the reprogramming job.
