WASHINGTON — The Auto Care Association (ACA) is hosting a webinar on April 8 to provide an overview of the small-business relief provisions of the federal COVID-19 recovery stimulus legislation, including the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).
The webinar is scheduled to start at 2 p.m. EDT with representatives of the international law firm Dentons U.S. L.L.P. presenting.
The ACA has arranged for Elke Rehbock, co-chair of Dentons' Manufacturing Sector, and Adrian Stewart, counsel in Dentons' Venture Technology & Emerging Growth Companies practice, to lead the discussion of small-business provisions in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
Ms. Rehbock focuses on representing corporate and financial institution clients, both U.S. and foreign, in a variety of corporate, finance and commercial matters in several sectors.
Mr. Stewart has nearly two decades of experience working with companies, private equity and venture capital investors and strategic partners in mergers and acquisitions transactions and investments representing in aggregate more than $21 billion in valuation.
