In its Manager SE shop management software, Mitchell 1 has expanded active recalls for all vehicle makes to help shops build better relationships with their customers by alerting them to any safety-related recalls on the vehicle.
In its Social CRM shop marketing program, Mitchell 1 is offering new website design templates that include modernized visuals and improved online appointment features.
The Social CRM also now allows shops who don't have time to respond to online reviews to respond with computer-generated responses based on the review and the customer's history with the shop.
Mitchell 1 is also offering a Google Optimization Suite with marketing tools designed to enhance online visibility and Google searching through automation and verified customer reviews to drive new business.
