LAS VEGAS — The Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association announced the four winners of its 2019 Industry Awards at the Opening General Session of its 72nd Annual Business and Education Conference in Las Vegas.
The winners were:
- John P. Bartlett Jr., executive chairman, Automotive Parts Headquarters, winner of the 2019 Outstanding Leadership Award in Honor of Jack Creamer.
- Rusty Bishop, chief executive officer, Federated Auto Parts Distributors Inc., winner of the 2019 Lifetime Achievement Award in Honor of Martin Fromm.
- The Group Training Academy, winner of the 2019 Art Fisher Award for Excellence in Education.
- The Young Auto Care Network Group, winner of the 2019 Pursuit of Excellence Award: Recognizing Special Achievement.
Founded in 1947, the AWDA represents warehouse distributors and their respective suppliers of parts, accessories and other supplies for the motor vehicle aftermarket. Boasting more than 600 members, the AWDA is a community of the Auto Care Association.
