DALLAS — Pre-Q Galgo Corp., a supplier to conventional pre-cured tread designs, commercial and OTR extruder strips, cushion gum and retread repair materials, is entering the no-splice retread market with the introduction of its O-tread line of rings.
The O-tread line offers precured no-splice rings that are double contoured in every size and design, the company said, noting the special O-tread compound provides fleets with 15-20% better wear and performance.
"After 72 years of producing high-quality rubber products for the retread industry, we have once again surpassed our own high standards with this new line," Pre-Q Galgo Vice President Eduardo Nava said.
The current line offers a variety of options, including PPD (Premium Performance Drive), PBD (Premium Block Drive), and PMD (Premium Mileage Drive), PPT (Premium Performance Trailer), PPA (Premium Performance All Position), PMP (Premium Multi Position), PWH (Premium Waste Hauler), PWT (Premium Winter Traction) and PMS (Premium Mixed Service), with more designs and sizes to come.
