SANTA ANA, Calif. — Yokohama Tire Corp. has enhanced its "Advantage" consumer associate dealer program with increased payouts and lower minimum unit requirements.
According to Lynn Sweeney, Yokohama's director of sales operations, this is the most comprehensive overhaul of the program since it was established in 2003.
"We remain committed to the independent tire dealer, and now the best rewards program just got better," Ms. Sweeney said.
Among the upgrades in the new Advantage program are:
- associate dealers can earn up to 8% back on purchases (up from 7% previously); and
- the minimum quarterly unit purchase requirement was lowered to 60 units.
Yokohama also stressed that "every tread counts" – i.e., every consumer tire purchased qualifies for rebates.
