MESA, Ariz. — Sun Auto Tire & Service has launched the Sun Auto Fleet Enterprises (SAFE) Fleet Program, a suite of services that the dealership said is aimed at helping fleets both big and small maximize productivity by reducing downtime.
Sun said the program includes volume-based discounts, detailed vehicle history and digital vehicle inspections, a nationwide warranty, priority scheduling and flexible payment options.
The dealership, now with nearly 500 points-of-sale in 21 states, said it is committed to developing "best-in-class technology that will provide relevant services to the growing fleet market. Sun Auto said that by investing in it supply chain, it is ensuring "customers and fleets can get their tires and service at the right place, the right time, and with consistent competitive pricing."
Senior Director of Fleet Sales Scot Gammill said Sun's 360 Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) are key component of the suite, allowing fleet managers "to make informed decisions about their vehicle repairs. This provides a scalable solution to monitor each vehicle's status meticulously, ensuring no detail is overlooked, despite the large numbers. This not only streamlines maintenance processes but also optimizes operational efficiency and vehicle uptime."
The program also offers several payment options, including major credit cards, the SAFE Coast Fuel Card, in-house credit and national account billing. Sun Auto claims the program is transparent, organized, and easy, providing options to those with diverse financial needs.
The SAFE website, which launched this month, allows fleet manager or customers to apply for the Coast fuel card, apply for an in-house charge account and/or find a nearby Sun Auto Tire & Service location.
"At Sun Auto Tire & Service, we focus on quality and prioritize fleets as part of our growth strategy," Sun Auto Chief Operations Officer Chris Ripani said. "We are rapidly increasing our network of stores — we've added over 50 so far this year and will continue to expand our fleet service coverage."
