TAMPA, Fla. — RNR Tire Express is touting a strong year of growth with expansions through new franchisees and in new markets and numerous awards and recognitions.
RNR said 15 new franchise locations opened in the past year, boosting the franchisor's total store count to 193 outlets and setting up the retailer to reach a milestone of 200 stores by this summer.
Part that growth anticipated in 2024 comes from development agreements signed in 2023, which include an expansive territory agreement along Florida's Treasure Coast and deals to bring RNR Tire Express to new states including West Virginia and Oregon, the company said.
RNR credits its continued expansion to its senior leaders' "unrivaled expertise and vision," including hiring Trish Deschenes in November 2023 as franchise sales director with a goal of revamping the brand's sales pipeline and maximizing growth.
"I may be relatively new to the RNR family," Deschenese said, "but the traction the RNR concept has taken with new markets to close out the year has made me extraordinarily optimistic for what heights we can reach in 2024."
On the awards front, RNR was named to Entrepreneur Magazine's 45th annual Franchise 500 list and earned spot in the magazine's inaugural Hall of Fame ranking for making the list for more than 10 consecutive years. RNR also was named to the magazine's Top Brands for Multi-Unit Owners' list, the Franchise Update Media 2023 Innovation Awards, the 2023 Franchise Times Top 400 and Franchise Business Review Top Franchise for 2024.
"While our RNR team continued to work diligently this year to sign new franchise agreements and open more locations nationwide, seeing that work gain national recognition within the franchising space was truly amazing," Larry Sutton, founder and CEO of RNR, said.
"We take meaningful strides each year to push the RNR brand forward, and last year was no different."
