Importer Horizon to launch all-terrain Crossmax LT tire

IRWINDALE, Calif. — Horizon Tire Inc., an importer and wholesaler of the Crossmax, Sotera, Supermax and Waterfall brands, will debut the Crossmax AT-1, an all-terrain light truck tire, at the upcoming SEMA Show in Las Vegas.

"This aggressive all-terrain tire is engineered to dominate any terrain, regardless of conditions," the company said, noting that the tire's wide and deep grooves with switchback tread blocks ensure "unmatched" off-road traction while also providing a "surprisingly" quiet and comfortable drive.

Horizon said the AT-1 will be available in the 15 popular sizes, including LT265/70R17, LT285/70R17, LT265/75R16 and 275/55R20.

The AT-1 is backed by a 50,000-mile treadwear warranty, the company said, and will be available for "factory direct" order at the SEMA Show. It will be available for order across the U.S. in the first quarter of 2024.
