ATLANTA — Apollo Tyre Ltd.'s Vredestein brand has added 27 sizes to its Quatrac Pro all-weather segment, bolstering the brand's portfolio for tires with 17- to 20-inch rim diameters.
Vredestein now offers 139 sizes in the all-weather range, the company said, claiming it offers the most all-weather range of any tire maker in North America.
The new size additions allow fitments for vehicles such as the Audi Q7, BMW X3, Porsche Cayenne, Mercedes GLC300 and other luxury vehicles.
Vredestein said the Quatrac Pro is a great solution for drivers in cold, northern climates who don't want to swap between winter and all-season/summer tires.The company said Quatrac Pro's specialized silica compound and wide longitudinal grooves provides exceptional performance in rain and snow.
The size expansion also increases Vredestein's UHP portfolio to more than 300 sizes.
The tire is one of four products in Vredestein's ultra-high-performance line, supplying coverage for the winter, all-weather, all-season and summer segments.
