JOHNSTOWN, Ohio — Technical Rubber Co.'s (TRC) TECH tire and wheel brand has promoted Joe Cole to vice president of global marketing and Brent Klomparens to director of marketing and key accounts for the TECH Americas business unit.
Mr. Cole will lead the development and implementation of the company's marketing plans and strategies "to ensure success in all the industries in which we compete," according to TRC CEO Dan Layne.

"I look forward to working closely with all of our global marketing teams, to expand our sales channels and introduce innovative products that resonate with the marketplace."
Mr. Cole previously served as marketing director for the TECH Americas businesses and as brand manager for all TRC brands.

Mr. Klomparens' responsibilities will include leading the direct accounts sales team, as well as the Americas product, digital marketing and creative design teams, driving the TECH brand across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Central and South America.
