SUMMIT, S.D. — TravelCenters of America has opened a truck service repair facility in Summit, located at exit 207 along Interstate 29.
The location has four service bays, with TA Truck Service Emergency Roadside Assistance available for drivers needing assistance while in transit.
TA Truck Service said it has a team of technicians there who will provide maintenance, computerized diagnostics, tire services, DOT inspections, brake/wheel end, electrical systems services and oil changes. TA Truck Service centers offer an array of inventory, including oil brands, and a full line of tires from Bridgestone, Michelin and Goodyear.
"As TA celebrates its 50th anniversary year, we are pleased to continue expanding our TA Truck Service network so drivers have more places they can count on while they are on the road," Brian Lukavich, divisional vice president, Truck Service, said.
TA Truck Service said it 'is committed to hiring dedicated technicians and providing them with comprehensive training to provide the highest quality truck maintenance and repair on the highway.'
