PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — TBC Corp. has promoted Will Helton to vice president and general manager of its Midas franchise business unit.
Since joining Midas two years ago from Bridgestone Americas as division vice president of the central U.S. and Canada regions, Mr. Helton has played an integral role in many of the Midas initiatives that have propelled the brand "to the next level," TBC said.
"Over the last two years, we have seen the value that Will brings to the organization and we are excited to work alongside of him, our leadership team and our franchisees to take Midas to the next level," Brant Wilson, president and COO of franchise operations for TBC, said.
"His operational expertise, leadership experience and knowledge of the industry has been and will continue to be beneficial to our organization."
Prior to joining Midas, Mr. Helton worked for Bridgestone for 16 years.
He succeeds Ron Seagle, who had held the positions since Sept. 2016. Mr. Seagle is no longer with TBC.
Midas has been wholly owned subsidiary of TBC since April 2012. There are nearly 1,200 franchised, licensed and company-owned Midas outlets in the U.S. and Canada.
