HIALEAH, Fla. — Sentury Tire USA has launched an on-demand customer portal, dubbed Access 360, designed to streamline the way partners engage with Sentury's factory-direct and warehouse programs.
The dynamic portal provides customers with visual updates on where orders are "on-the-water" plus access to all the information and tools they need to make real-time decisions in rapidly fluctuating sales environments.
Upon sign-on, a dashboard directs Sentury distributors via video and marketing content tailored to their needs.
"Our new on-demand customer portal allows distributors to have full control over the ordering process, giving them the ability to see the available inventory in U.S.-based warehouses immediately," Maxwell Wee, Sentury Tire USA executive vice president, said, claiming the on-demand portal provides the firm's partners a "distinct advantage" over other factory-direct programs.
Through Access 360, partners can place multiple orders 24/7, manage them from point A to Z, and track deliveries on a map in real-time, whether those orders are traveling via rail, road or sea.
The portal brings available inventory into the showroom, allowing customers to see what SKUs are available, apply specialty filters to narrow their selection, and process orders from the comfort of their office. They can also retrieve packing lists, download account statements, process returns, submit claims and adjustments on-demand, as well as schedule shipments in the future.
"Access 360 takes the guesswork out of estimating when a shipment will arrive and economizes time when managing orders," Wee said. "Our goal is to give our clients the ultimate customer purchasing experience that will transform their relationships with the warehouse and factory direct programs we currently offer and add further value."
Hialeah-based Sentury Tire USA is the U.S. sales company of China's Qingdao Sentury Tire Co. Ltd. It goes to market with four brand names: Delinte, Groundspeed, Landsail and Sentury.
