FRANKLIN, Tenn. — QuikQ L.L.C, a full-service fuel payment solutions provider for truck drivers/fleets, has added discounts on tire purchases to the card's offerings, starting with Michelin- and BFGoodrich-brand truck tires and retreaded tires through the Michelin Retread Technologies network.
QuikQ offers efficiencies, savings and convenience and has a nationwide network of accepting merchants, including the three major truck stop chains and many independent truck stops. The business has financial backing from Love's Travel Stops and TravelCenters of America L.L.C.
"QuikQ is focused on providing customers with products and services that improve efficiencies and reduce fleet expenses," according to QuikQ CEO Dean Troester, who called the partnership with Michelin "an example of QuikQ's commitment to continually deliver value to our fleet customers."
QuikQ's tire savings option is restricted for now to the partnership with Michelin, the Franklin-based company said.
Pierluigi Cumo, the director of B2B marketing for Michelin, said the partnership with QuikQ "enables us to significantly increase market reach and to provide value to a growing number of fleets."
QuikQ declined to quantify how many card holders it has.
Members can save $25 on all Michelin- and BFG-brand truck tires and $7.50 on products from authorized Michelin Retread Technologies retreaders.
QuickQ was founded in 2009.
