NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Bridgestone Americas Inc. has promoted Bridget Neal, president of the company's Off-the-Road (OTR) tire business in the U.S. and Canada since August 2017, to senior vice president, logistics and supply chain management.
Rob Seibert, executive director, OTR sales, since November 2018, will succeed Ms. Neal as president, OTR, U.S. and Canada, Bridgestone Americas.
In her new role, Ms. Neal will oversee the firm's global supply chain, designing and implementing supply and distribution strategies that enable business growth and improve product cycle time.
She joined Bridgestone in 2002 as a supply planning and sourcing engineer and has served in various roles of increasing responsibility in both logistics/supply chain and commercial tires.
Under Mr. Neal's leadership, the OTR business achieved record performance and launched MasterCore, a giant mining tire platform engineered for ultra-high durability. She is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology.

As head of the OTR business, Mr. Seibert will have accountability for all aspects of the that business, including strategic planning, sales, marketing, engineering and global support. He also will be involved in developing go-to-market strategies that drive growth for the firm's Commercial Group and support the company's sustainable solutions company vision.
He joined Bridgestone in 2015 and has served in marketing and sales roles of increasing responsibility in the OTR business.
