PEACHTREE CORNERS, Ga. — Mighty Distributing System of America has promoted Tracy Buttera, a 15-year Mighty employee, to senior manager, sales development.
In her new position, Buttera will be involved in NRA growth and development, creation of new sales tools and materials, incentives for the Mighty System, fleet sales growth and the development of the VS7 Gen 2 and Car Appearance programs, Mighty said.
She also will continue to manage Mighty's Summit Club and National and Regional Account tracking as well as elevating Mighty's training programs to include online (MightyU, Tech U, VS7 Certification), sales school, road shows and other in-person and virtual training.
"Tracy has been an integral part of franchise development and success for many years at the Mighty Home Office," Mike Hudgins, vice president of sales, said.
"We are very excited about Tracy's new role in the sales department and look forward to utilizing her talents to promote revenue growth and enhance the overall sales experience of the Mighty System."
Prior to this, Buttera was senior manager, franchise marketing/business development since September 2019 and franchise marketing manager for 11 years before that.
This is the latest in a series of executive promotions and hires Mighty has made this year. Others include:
- adding the CEO title to President Josh D'Agostino's duties;
- hiring Ashley Druica as vice president of marketing;
- hiring Sean Milligan as vice president of operations, a new position; and
- hiring Sunny Muelberger as senior product manager; Elvia Vega as marketing coordinator; and Kyle Brown as marketing specialist.
Peachtree Corners-based Mighty supports 100 franchised distributors in 44 U.S. states and five international markets. The Mighty system offers OE-quality underhood and undercar parts, chemical products, lubricants and shop supplies.
