STOW, Ohio — Mickey Thompson Tires & Wheels has secured an OE fitment on the limited-edition 2021 Dodge Challenger Mopar Drag Pak, a supercharged version of the Dodge pony car that is engineered for grassroots drag racers.

The Drag Pak is powered by a supercharged 354-cubic-inch HEMI V-8 producing 630 horsepower, capable of propelling the Challenger to quarter-mile times of 7.5 seconds.

The car rides on Mickey Thompson ET Drag Pro Drag Radial, sizes 30.0x9.0 R15 rear and 27.5x4.0-17 ET Front tires on the front axle, mounted on aluminum Bogart racing wheels (17X4.5 front and 15X10 rear), with a upgrade to Weld Beadlock lightweight wheels available.

"We are thrilled to be part of the quickest, fastest and most powerful Dodge Challenger Mopar Drag Pak ever built," Ken Warner, vice president of marketing for Mickey Thompson Tires, said.

"It takes knowledge and experience to handle all that horsepower, and our ET Drag line is a proven winner."

Stow-based Mickey Thompson Tires is a subsidiary of Cooper Tire & Rubber Co.

The car is engineered to compete in Sportsman classes in the National Hot Rod Association's Factory Stock class and National Muscle Car Association's Factory Supercar class.

FCA L.L.C. is planning to build only 50 of the Drag Pak models, which carry a price tag of $135,000-plus.

'We are thrilled to be part of the quickest, fastest and most powerful Dodge Challenger Mopar Drag Pak ever built.'
