ROVERETO, Italy — Tire-production machinery company Marangoni Meccanica S.p.A. — which was spun off from Marangoni Group in June — has adopted a new corporate brand identity, Marangoni Machinery.
The rebranding is intended to reflect its global-market position, according to Rovereto-based company, which makes equipment used in the production of tire components such as tread base, tread cap, wings, sidewalls, abrasion gum strip and fillers.
This "clearly demonstrates the comprehensive lifecycle of machinery and services offered to its customers across the globe," the company said.
"The message of our company's great responsibility, pioneering spirit and high ideals is very well explicated in our new logo," Marangoni Machinery CEO Riccardo Mastronardi said.
The business is owned as a "standalone entity" by a consortium of companies comprising family business Caran, local investing group La Finanziaria Trentina, and financial group Alto Adige Alpenring Caran is a company owned by the family of Giorgio Marangoni, president of Marangoni Meccanica.
The business also produces a line of customized tire-assembly systems under the "Fast" brand ID.
