GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. — Leeds West Groups (LWG) has acquired the real estate of two of its Big O locations in Colorado acquired earlier this year.
LWG has purchased the real estate for its Big O Tires stores on Hartsel Drive in Colorado Springs and on West Highway 105 in Monument, Colo.
The transactions were made Dec. 6 and closed Dec. 21.
The properties were purchased from the previous Big O Tires franchise operator, Tony J. Porras, and Lone Star Investments L.L.C. The purchase price and terms were not disclosed.
LWG took over the Big O Tires store in Colorado Springs in August and in Monument last December.
These capital investments were the 45th and 46th transactions of this type in the past two years for the LWG Real Estate Division.
