MIAMI — The organizers of the Latin Tyre Expo & Latin Auto Parts Expo have rescheduled the 2021 event until Oct. 6-8 from July 13-16 owing to concerns about the health and safety of the exhibitors and attendees due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The co-located expos — originally scheduled for mid-summer 2020 and postponed twice already — will take place at the recently opened Panama Convention Center in Panama City, Panama.
Numerous safety protocols will be implemented at the event to provide a safe environment, according to Latin Expo Group, the event's organizer. This new date allows exhibitors, attendees, and expo staff to better prepare and handle these challenging circumstances.
Latin Expo Group said it expects over 300 exhibitors and thousands of tire and auto part distributors to attend the event, which has been held annually since 2010.
