NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Keter Tire (USA) is launching a pair of NeoTerra-brand on-/off-road commercial truck tires to its North American portfolio.
The new products, the MS231 mixed-service all-position tire and MS321 mixed-service deep-tread drive tire, are engineered to perform in "extreme and severe applications," KTUSA CEO Rick Phillips said.
The release comes at a time when KTUSA is seeing an uptick in demand from the construction and oil-field industries, he said.
Available in 11R22.5 (16 ply, LRH) and 11R24.5 (16 ply, LRH) both products are built on a premium casing that features a four-belt package and a six-year retread warranty. Both offer a wide footprint and an advanced tread compound that reduces cuts and chips in severe off road conditions, KTUSA said.
The MS231 AP comes with a tread depth of 23/32nds inch and the MS321 Drive comes with 30/32nds inch of tread depth.
Nashville-based Keter Tire USA is the U.S. sales subsidiary of China's Qingdao Keter Tyre Co. Ltd. Keter, which designs and develops its products in-house, sources the NeoTerra line from Jiangsu General Science Technology Co. Ltd.'s newly opened plant in Thailand.
