COLUMBUS, Ohio — Joe Ostrowski, national director of sales for Kenda Americana Tire & Wheel (KATW), has been elected to the board of directors for the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers (NATM).
Ostrowski, who has been with KATW since 2006, brings more than two decades of experience to the NATM board.
"We rely heavily on the expertise, guidance and collaboration of our board of directors throughout the year," NATM Executive Director Kendra Ansley, said.
"Joe has a long history of involvement and leadership within our association and I am excited to continue to work with him. His voice and vision will be instrumental as we continue to grow the association and move forward our mission to promote trailer safety."
As a board member, Ostrowski will provide insights from the perspective of a vendor while representing the goals of the NATM.
Ostrowski was an appointed member of the board for the last quarter of 2021. A committed advocate for the organization, he also served on both the membership and marketing committees for the NATM and was the chairman of the group's 2022 convention.
Ostrowski is a three-time recipient of the NATM's Ed Freel Membership Award, given annually to an individual who has made significant contributions to the trailer manufacturing industry.
"My experience serving on NATM's board to date has shown me what incredible things our industry can accomplish when working together on a shared vision. I've long believed in this mission-driven organization, and I am thrilled to continue to build upon our successes and help shape the future of our industry," Ostowski said.
