SCRANTON, Pa. — Jack Williams Tire Co. has hired industry veteran Sam Senuk to be its vice president of retail, where he will oversee the third-generation dealership's network of 36 retail tire and auto service locations and lead expansion efforts.
Mr. Senuk has more than 30 years of automotive and retail experience, having held leadership positions at both Monro Inc. and TBC Corp. He comes to Jack Wiliams from Monro, where he was senior vice president of store operations.
Jack Williams Tire Chairman Bill Williams said the new position will "assist in expanding our retail footprint while remaining family-owned and -operated."
Expansion is in the plans for both the retail and wholesale locations "through acquisitions and ground-up locations," according to Scott Williams, president and chief operating officer of the dealership, which celebrated its 90th anniversary in business in 2019. During the past decade, JWT opened a dozen retail and 10 wholesale facilities.
