RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — Mobile car-care provider Get Spiffy Inc. has formed a partnership with RepairPal Inc. in order to provide Get Spiffy's customers with vetted auto-repair businesses for major mechanical maintenance/repair problems beyond the scope of the Get Spiffy portfolio.
The partnership connects Spiffy customers to trustworthy independent auto repair shops in RepairPal's Certified Network nationwide, Get Spiff said, for more complex repair issues such as engine, transmission and other major mechanical problems.
"Adding RepairPal to our Complete Car Care network is an exciting step forward in our goal of helping customers maintain their cars across the entire vehicle lifecycle," Connor Finnegan, vice president, strategy, for Get Spiffy.
"Mechanical issues are stressful, and now we can help remove that stress thanks to this partnership," Mr. Finnegan said, noting that at the same time, Get Spiffy is expanding to light mechanical services such as brakes, etc.

RepairPal Certified shops are subject to a "meticulous" certification process, the companies said, guaranteeing high-quality repairs at fair prices, backed by a strong repair warranty. Customers can find a local mechanic and book an appointment online or call the repair shop directly if they have any questions.
Founded in 2014, Get Spiffy describes itself as "on-demand technology and services company" offering a range of vehicle maintenance and repair services via mobile-service vans that operate at customer locations, including fleet yards, office parks and residences. The business started in the on-site car washing and detailing sectors and has been expanding since.
The Research Triangle-based company is active in over 30 metro markets, including franchised locations as of this summer in five markets.
The business started adding tires to its portfolio of services in early 2021.
