TUCSON, Ariz. — GB Auto Service Inc. has made its fourth acquisition in the last three months, acquiring all three locations of Texas-based Reliable Automotive.
Reliable Automotive was established in 2012, and has locations in San Marcos, Budo and Kyle, Texas. According to GB Auto, all employees will be retained.
GB Auto already has 26 other locations in the Austin, Texas market.
Early last month, GB Auto acquired Tate Boys Tire & Service, a Bartlesville, Okla.-based dealership with seven locations in northeast Oklahoma.
In August, GB Auto purchased Phoenix-based Sun Devil Auto and Sun Auto Service and Louetta Automotive & Tire Service, broadening the footprint of the company,
The deal boosts the Tucson, Ariz.-based portfolio company of Greenbriar Equity Group L.P.'s retail network to 177 locations in five states.
