Fortune offers roadside assistance for ST radials

    LOS ANGELES — Prinx Chengshan Tire North America Inc. is a offering premium roadside assistance program for Fortune Tires ST specialty trailer tires.

    The benefits of the program include

     

    • 24/7 roadside assistance and replacement of the flat tire with their inflated spare; and
    • a towing service will be provided to the nearest qualified repair facility at no expense up to $100 should the customer not have an inflated spare.

     

    The service is valid for three years from the date of purchase.

    "We understand that our dealers want to offer quality ST radial tires to their customers that can be relied on to get them to their destination safely and on time," Ken Coltrane, Fortune Tire's vice president of marketing/product development.

    Coltrane said the Fortune is one of the few firms in this category that offers roadside assistance at no additional cost.

    Customers are provided a dedicated customer service hotline, should they have an issue with the tire, 24/7.

    "We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and support, and we believe this program will help us do just that,"Prinx Chengshan President Samuel Felberbaum said.

    The Fortune Tire brand recently launched a new website for North American dealers and customers, fortunetireusa.com.
