JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Tire Outlet L.L.C. opened its 14th location in June, a greenfield store in northern Jacksonville featuring eight service bays. .
The store "will continue to provide wholesale prices and premium services," and includes a waiting area with a full-service coffee bar and technology counters with USB plugs for customers to use.
"If you are not growing, you are dying. By expanding, Tire Outlet continues to grow its brand in the fastest-growing markets in Florida," Chief Operating Officer Robert Duckworth said.
The dealership opened its 13th location in October in nearby St. Johns, Fla.
Tire Outlet, started in 1981, says it is the largest family-owned and operated chain of retail tire shops in Northeast Florida. Its 14 locations stretch across eight counties in the state, from Duval to Volusia.
The dealership did not disclose its investment in the new store.
The dealership offers tires from several flagship brands — including Yokohama, Michelin, Milestar, Nitto and Kumho — and offers tire installation, rotation, alignment, balancing, auto-engine tune-ups, oil changes and battery replacement services.
Tire Outlet also offers a same-day mobile tire installation service.
