RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. — Sumitomo Rubber North America Inc. has refreshed its Falken Tires website, making it more user-friendly and making finding the right Falken tires "easier than ever."
The redesigned website, falkentire.com, launched this month and includes a more detailed breakdown of Falken's tire offerings, in-depth product information and a deep dive into "the store of Falken Tires."
"With our new site, we particularly focused on ensuring customers can find our products quickly and easily, from any device," Rick Brennan, vice president of strategic planning, said.
"The updated filtering options make finding the right tire for your vehicle faster and more direct — by size, vehicle, product family and use case."
The site also includes consumer reviews and frequently asked questions, "making sure Falken allows the customer a chance to speak," Brennan said.
The site has three major sections: "find tires," "community" and "where to buy" that are easily accessible.
"Visitors will better understand what's the right tire for them, who Falken is, and where you can buy our products, which are available at authorized Falken retailers throughout the U.S. and Canada," he said.
The refreshed website is available in English initially; French Canadian and Spanish-language versions will launch in early 2023, the company said.
