AUSTIN, Texas — Epicor Software Corp. has launched an initiative the company said is designed to help aftermarket parts and service businesses increase revenue and improve efficiency and profitability in a changing environment.
The initiative, called "EPIC Results," includes free Profit Clinic consultations that Epicor said are designed to help business owners and managers consider technologies that can help strengthen their shop value in the post-COVID-19 pandemic world.
The initiative examines the technology needs of businesses in the aftermarket value chain: automotive and commercial-vehicle service providers, parts distribution businesses, and parts manufacturers/suppliers.
For more about this initiative, or to request a consultation, click here or call 888-463-4700 (option 5).
Tim Hardin, senior vice president and general manager, automotive at Epicor, said business owners are wondering what the future of the aftermarket business holds.
"COVID-19 has created many challenges, but the parts and service industry is confronting other, longer term trends that are transforming the competitive landscape," Mr. Hardin said.
