PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — TBC Corp. has promoted Geoff Doster, senior vice president of sales for TBC Brands since May 2021, to president and chief operating officer for TBC Brands and TBC International, a new position.

In his new role, Doster will oversee all TBC Brands and TBC International sales initiatives, including customer service, commercial tire sales, equipment and non-tire sales and operations, TBC said.

Doster's promotion "reflects his business acumen, strong leadership skills and overall success as a leader in the industry," according to Laurent Bourrut, president and CEO of TBC Corp. since April 2021.

"Geoff has made significant contributions to TBC throughout his 18-year tenure with the organization and I look forward to continuing to work with him and celebrate his successes in his new role."

Doster joined TBC in November 2003 as a warehouse manager, moving to the wholesaler from Michelin North America Inc. Since then he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility, TBC said, from director of marketing for TBC's distribution arm (at the time Carroll Tire) to vice president of sales for TBC Brands,

Throughout his tenure, his efforts have resulted in surpassing sales objectives, higher customer service ratings and the development of customer-specific promotional activities, TBC said.

In May 2021 he was promoted to senior vice president of sales for TBC Brands. The promotion coincided with the retirement of longtime TBC executive Marty Krcelic announced his intention to retire.

TBC Brands oversees the company's portfolio of proprietary brands, which includes Crosswind, Delta, Eldorado, Harvest King, MultiMile, Navitrac, Power King, Prinx, Sailun, Sumitomo, Tow-Max, Tow Star and Trailer King.

TBC International is focused on distribution in markets outside North America. With established dealer networks in Latin America, Mexico, the Middle East and Europe, TBC is the worldwide distributor for the Interstate, Delta, Eldorado, Harvest King, Multi-Mile, Power King, and Sierra brands. tires.
