HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — There has been a changing of the guard at software provider Andreoli & Associates Inc.
David Andreoli, son of company founder Mike Andreoli, has purchased the software provider for the tire and auto service industry. The move was effective at the close of 2021. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The company said it will continue to operate as Andreoli & Associates Inc., d.b.a. Andreoli Software.
"David has served in virtually every role of the business including new user implementation, training, sales, marketing, and product development," said Mike Andreoli, who has been in charge of the company for 36 years.
The younger Andreoli has served as product manager for the company's wholesale tire and wheel e-commerce platform, as well as a new dashboarding and analytics product.
David Andreoli, 35, said that despite the industry's recent merger and acquisition activity, "we believe strong demand and opportunity will continue to exist for forward thinking independently owned service centers. As a premier software solutions provider to this market, we are committed to innovative application development to support the current and future needs of the independent tire dealer."
According to Steve Brouillard, vice president of business development, Andreoli Software added a record number of new clients, including one with more than 50 locations, while sales also set a record.
"As we begin the next chapter of Andreoli Software, we are both appreciative of the foundation that has been laid and excited and bullish on the future of the industry and the company," Brouillard said.
