BRADENTON, Fla. — Callaghan Tire, the third largest commercial tire dealership in Florida, has partnered with the Best-One Tire & Service buying group and will be renamed Callaghan's Best-One.

In business since 1978, Callaghan Tire operates 10 commercial service centers, two Bandag retread plants, a full-service auto center and five Callaghan Industrial Tire locations throughout Florida.

It is the first dealership in Florida to join the Indianapolis-based Best-One network, which has about 275 partner locations in 26 states.

"Partnering with Best-One will allow the Callaghan family to continue its growth with more access to resources, product lines and manufacturer support," the Bradenton-based dealership said.

Dan and Elizabeth Callaghan founded Callaghan Tire with a commitment to "total service." For the past 45 years, the Callaghan family has operated Callaghan Tire with single-minded customer focus: Callaghan's mission is to be the best commercial tire dealer and provide a mutually beneficial alliance with its customers, according to the dealership.

Partners Don Mead, Todd Severson, Jane Callaghan Trinci, and Guy Virgilio will continue to serve as the Callaghan leadership team, and it will continue business as usual, the company said.

"A Best-One core value is 'possess a servant's attitude,' and Best-One's goal in partnering with Callaghan is to honor and grow the legacy of service that has been at the heart of the Callaghan team for the past 45 years," the dealership said.

"Callaghan Tire and Best-One are excited to partner for continued growth and to provide additional benefits to our team members and customers. Through this partnership, the Callaghan's Best-One team will continue to build an extraordinary company, grow our resources and remain committed to providing the best service in the industry."

Callaghan Tire is considered the 30th largest commercial tire dealership in the U.S. as well as the 41st largest truck tire retreader in the U.S., according to
Tire Business research. Best-One Tire is considered the No. 3 commercial tire dealership in North America with sales of $653 million in 2022 and the No. 5 truck tire retreader.
