Average executive salaries found in Tire Talent report

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. — Tire Talent, a tire industry recruitment company, has compiled average salary data pulled from over 1,000-plus executive, senior and mid-level job position placements made in all channels of tire distribution.

The Mid-year Compensation Report includes positions within tire manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer companies. Specialty segments and TBR roles tend to be on the higher end of the pay scale for similar titles when compared to the passenger/light truck tire segment, according to Tire Talent.

The report includes average salaries for such positions as vice president of sales and marketing (ranging from $165,000 to $575,000 for 10-plus years of experience); commercial sales representative (ranging from $65,00 to $95,000 with five to 10 years of experience); and warehouse manager (ranging from $85,000 to $135,000 with five to 10 years of experience).

Tire Talent recruits job applicants for full-time positions across all channels of distribution. These channels include, but are not limited to, multi-national corporations, mid-sized wholesalers, national retailers and wholesalers, and independent regional clients throughout the U.S.
