LEESBURG, Va. — The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is hosting a free webinar for service technicians on May 7 entitled "Documenting the Repair Process / How to Do It Right."
The webinar, featuring Rhett Holland, collision and insurance vertical business manager at Alldata L.L.C., will begin at 4 p.m. EDT.
To be effective in the workforce, the ASE said, shops need to document steps in the repair process accurately to ensure that the needs of both the employer and customer. This webinar will discuss methods to make sure this is done, contributing to improved profitability along the way.
Elk Grove, Calif.-based Alldata is a single-source system for OEM repair information and procedures. It's owned by AutoZone Inc.
The ASE encourages those who may not be able to listen in live to register anyway. They will receive a follow-up email with details on how to attend a recorded session, if available.
