LEESBURG, Va. — The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) has been commissioned to conduct a series of studies to understand more closely which repair tasks are performed most frequently.
The latest survey is focused on suspension and steering repair tasks. Survey participants do not need to be ASE-certified to take the survey.
As an incentive, ASE said it will randomly award $100 Amazon gift cards to five individuals who take the survey by Feb. 7.
The ASE, which provides certifications for vehicle technicians, said the survey responses and the others in the series will help drive ASE certification standards as well as technical training.
