Arnold Motor Supply joins Auto Value truck parts program

SAN ANTONIO — Arnold Motor Supply has joined the Auto Value truck parts program under the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Inc.'s commercial vehicle and heavy-duty (CVHD) program.

Spencer, Iowa-based Arnold Motor Supply operates 59 parts distribution centers in five states in the upper Midwest.

Alliance President and CEO John Washbish called Arnold Motor an "exemplary member of the Auto Value brand for some time.

"Now with their participation in the Alliance CVHD program, their engagement with the heavy-duty segment is sure to grow and flourish."

Ron Fleischhacker, field sales manager-heavy duty at the Alliance, has been working with the executive staff at Arnold Motor Supply as they begin working with the Auto Value Truck Parts program, the company said.

"Arnold Motor Supply has sold heavy-duty products for most of our 95 years, but we've never really had a comprehensive heavy-duty program," Eric Johnson, president and managing partner, said.

"The support from the Alliance has been exceptional and all of the necessary category management and information technology tools are in place for us to be successful. We are excited to build partnerships under the Auto Value Truck Parts brand, while holding true to the customer focus that brought us here."

The Alliance is an aftermarket parts distribution and marketing program group that includes the Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper networks.
