Annual CTDA New Year Luncheon set for Jan. 20

SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. — Mark your calendars: The California Tire Dealers New Year Luncheon on Jan. 20 will feature executives from the Tire Industry Association (TIA) and Specialty Equipment Market Association's Wheel & Tire Council (WTC).

TIA President Mason Hess of Purcell Tire, outgoing TIA CEO Roy Littlefield and WTC Select Committee member Steve Swanson, national sales manager, styled wheels, Carlstar Group, are set to speak at the annual event in Santa Fe Springs.

The event is sponsored by 1800EveryRim.

Chris Barry, sales director of the Independent Tire Dealers Group (ITDG), will emcee.

"We are social networking the old-fashioned way, and now with the tops of our industry," CTDA President Billy Eordekian said.

The event is open to the industry and free to tire and wheel retailers as well as CTDA members. Those who wish to attend are urged to RSVP quickly as an overflow crowd is likely.
