TORONTO — The Automotive Industries Association of Canada (AIA Canada) will host its annual conference in person May 10-11 at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Airport & Conference Centre.
The meeting will kick off with a Welcome Reception on May 10 that will include networking and hors d'oeuvres, followed by a fireside chat on the future of mobility with AIA Canada President Jean-François Champagne and Ted Graham, head of open innovation and venture principal at General Motors.
AIA will also present the 2022 AIA Canada Young Leader of the Year Award, which recognizes the efforts of young executives or managers who have excelled in one or more of the following areas: leadership, innovation, industry contribution, volunteer work with AIA, and volunteer/community work outside of the association.
On May 11, following the general membership meeting, AIA will host a panel discussion with top executives in the aftermarket industry on the state of the industry and what lies ahead for workforce development and the Right to Repair legislation.
